Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: NO&YO does its best to ship your order as soon as we receive it. Our customers are our priority and we want to ensure that we handle and ship your order in a timely fashion. Thus, the following schedule has been set as a general guideline to help handle your order and ship it in a timely fashion.

*Guideline: Your order is shipped the day after you placed your order. What this means is that if your order is placed on a Monday then your order will be shipped on Tuesday. If your order is placed on Tuesday then your order will be shipped on Wednesday. And so on. Keep in mind that these are general guidelines we have put in place to help manage all orders in an expeditiously manner. There may be time where we may have to delay your order when it is out of our control or for any other reason we see necessary to ensure the proper handling of the order.

*Exception. Keep in mind that we do not ship on Sunday. So if you order comes in on Saturday your order will ship on the following Monday.

Method of shipping. We reserve the right to ship the order in a method that is most feasible to the operation of our company. In general, however, we primarily use the United States Postal Service for shipping to the continental U.S. and any international order where applicable. However, there may be occasions where we may use another party outside of the United States Postal Service such as U.P.S or FedEx and the like.
