I created NO&YO out of desperation.

I needed to understand why a college degree and a good corporate job left me feeling empty. 

Through exploration, growth, contribution and unity I found the roadmap that would take me to the answer - "the extraordinary self".


NO&YO then is my way to contribute to you those things I learned along this journey.
