[accordion] [accordion-item title="What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?"]

Primarily we use the USPS. Depending on the service you select, the charge will be determined to where you are located. This is a pass through charge. Meaning the price you pay is calculated by the system linked to the USPS.  Generally all our orders ship from California and we use the USPS Priority Flat Rate Service.  

However, you may also elect to use UPS and again the price depends on where the shipment is going to and the service you have selected.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery. In addition, we use PayPal or Square to process your payment. This means that if you have a PayPal account or Square account you can easily provide your secured account details via the selected service. 

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="How long will delivery take?"]

For Domestic Shipping (Continental United States) all order are shipped within one (1) business day after receiving the order. And excluding holidays, the order may take anything between one (1) day to seven (7) days and all depending on where you are from California. 

For International Shipping all orders are shipped according the United States Postal Service. And depending on what country we are shipping to, the time may vary. However, you may proceed with your order and request from NO&YO to provide you with an estimated time of arrival. 

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?"]

NO&YO complies with industry standards to protect your personal data if and when you decide to provide that information directly to us. However, since we use PayPal or Square to process all our payments we do not keep credit card information nor do we have visibility to that information. 

 

[/accordion-item] [accordion-item title="What exactly happens after ordering?"]

Upon availability of the ordered merchandise, we will ship within one (1) business day. After shipping, you shall receive confirmation that the order has shipped plus tracking information. In the event of a return, please review our return policy located at the bottom of our home site. 

Of course, systems are simply systems and there may be times when you may have order an item that is no longer availability. In such situation, we will reach out and advice of the discrepancy plus allow your to select a replacement or we can refund your purchase.

No. You will not receive an invoice for your order. You will receive an order confirmation which you can use to reference for tracking and any inquiry you may have on the order.
